These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SiteSnap (the "Service"), operated by SiteSnap ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
SiteSnap lets you generate and publish a website for your business by answering a series of questions. We host the pages you create and, on paid plans, provision a custom domain for you.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be able to enter a legally binding contract to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your account. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.
You keep ownership of the text, images, and other content you upload or enter. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, and for making sure your published site doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law. We can remove content or suspend a site that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law.
Don't use the Service to publish illegal content, malware, or material that infringes someone else's intellectual property, and don't try to abuse, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
When you connect your own domain, you're responsible for your domain registration and DNS settings. We provision the domain and SSL certificate through our hosting provider; availability can depend on that provider's own limits.
We aim to keep the Service running reliably but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may change or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.
You can delete your account at any time from My Account, which permanently deletes your sites and cancels any active subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, SiteSnap isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
